1、 Core function: The "power core" of single axis precision drive
GIDINGS&LEWIS DSM-130 servo drive, as a high-performance single axis servo drive module, is the "power engine" of CNC machine tools and industrial automation systems. It receives instructions from the upper control system and provides stable power to AC or brushless DC servo motors through precise current and voltage regulation. At the same time, relying on a closed-loop control mechanism, it corrects position, speed, and torque deviations in real time to ensure the accuracy and response speed of the actuator. It is the core executing component for achieving high-precision motion control.
2、 Technical features: Ensuring key performance of single axis drive
Single axis focused control: Designed specifically for single axis drive, the control logic is more focused and can avoid multi axis interference. In the spindle drive of precision boring machines, the speed fluctuation can be controlled within ± 0.1% to ensure the smoothness of the cutting surface.
Wide power supply adaptation: Supports three-phase AC 220V/380V/460V industrial power supply, adapts to ± 10% voltage fluctuations through internal power conversion circuits, and can still output stably in unstable industrial environments without the need for additional voltage stabilization equipment.
Medium power precise output: Suitable for medium power servo motors (typical power range of 1.5kW-15kW), with an output current stability of 0.5%, it can drive the motor to operate continuously under rated load, meeting the power requirements of CNC machine tool feed axes, robot joints and other scenarios.
Multi mode flexible switching:
