二、核心参数

1、 Product Overview
KSQ331E1 synchronous relay (produced by Megacon, ANSI Class 25) is used for synchronous detection between generators and the power grid, as well as between two generators. When the voltage, frequency, and phase parameters meet the standard and are stably set for a certain period of time, it outputs a closing permission signal to avoid equipment damage caused by asynchronous grid connection, and is suitable for industrial distribution and small and medium-sized generator grid connection scenarios.
2、 Core parameters
-Power supply: Auxiliary voltage 200/240V AC (50/60Hz, allowing ± 10% fluctuation), input voltage with multiple specifications to choose from; Performance: Frequency range of 45-65Hz, adjustable phase/voltage error, action delay of 0-500ms; Installation: Supports rail or socket installation, compatible with industrial control box layout.
3、 Working principle
Based on the principle of electromagnetic torque balance, real-time detection of power parameters on both sides, reaching the standard and stabilizing until the set delay, the internal contacts are closed. It only has synchronization check function, without automatic synchronization and closing delay compensation capability. It is equipped with a rotating LED indicator light, which can intuitively observe the synchronization status.
4、 Key points for installation and debugging
-Installation should be kept away from dust and strong electromagnetic interference sources. Multiple adjacent installations should reserve a gap of ≥ 5mm, and high and low voltage lines should be wired separately; Before debugging, it is necessary to turn off the power, check the appearance and insulation, simulate the power supply parameters to test the function, and connect to the rated load to verify the stability of operation.
5、 Safety maintenance and troubleshooting
-Power off and electrostatic protection should be implemented throughout the operation, and regular inspections, cleaning, and parameter calibration should be carried out; Common faults: The voltage error light is always on to check the voltage and circuit, the contact does not move to check the delay/coil voltage, overheating and abnormal noise to check the installation gap and load.
