In the field of high-precision machine tool machining, such as precision mold milling, the positioning accuracy of the tool position is extremely high during the machining process, and even a slight deviation can lead to mold scrap. The R21260-DLS servo drive, with its powerful control performance, can improve the position control accuracy to the micrometer level, ensuring that the tool cuts accurately along the preset trajectory and produces molds that meet high-precision requirements. For industrial automation systems, in the SMT operation of electronic components, a robotic arm is required to quickly and accurately grasp small electronic components and place them in designated positions on the circuit board, which requires servo motors to have precise speed and torque control. This driver can accurately regulate the speed of the servo motor, allowing it to accelerate and decelerate smoothly. At the same time, it precisely controls the torque to ensure that the robotic arm has just the right force when grasping components. It will not damage the components due to excessive force, nor cause them to fall off due to insufficient force, fully meeting the strict requirements of high-precision machine tools and industrial automation systems.
Closed loop control function
This servo drive fully supports closed-loop feedback control mode, achieving high-precision positioning and excellent dynamic response effect through close cooperation with the encoder. Taking the material sorting process in an automated production line as an example, when the product moves on the conveyor belt, the sensor detects the position information of the product, which is converted into an electrical signal by the encoder and fed back to the R21260-DLS servo driver. The driver quickly calculates the deviation between the actual position of the motor and the target position based on the feedback signal, and then adjusts the motor operation status in real time to ensure that the sorting robotic arm can accurately grasp the product and place it in the corresponding position. During this process, closed-loop control effectively reduces errors caused by vibration and mechanical inertia. Due to the inevitable inertia of mechanical components during start stop and motion, traditional open-loop control is difficult to accurately compensate for it. On the other hand, closed-loop control can monitor the motor's motion status in real time, correct position deviations and speed fluctuations caused by inertia in a timely manner, and greatly improve the stability and accuracy of equipment operation and positioning.
Multi axis coordination capability
The R21260-DLS servo drive has strong multi axis coordinated operation capability, which can work seamlessly with other drives and control modules, easily achieving multi axis linkage. When machining complex curved parts on a five axis linkage machining center, it is necessary to coordinate the movement of the X, Y, Z axes and two rotation axes to produce complex surfaces that meet the design requirements. This servo drive can accurately coordinate and control these five servo drives, ensuring that the motion heights of each axis are synchronized, enabling the tool to accurately cut along complex spatial curve trajectories. This not only improves machining efficiency but also greatly enhances the machining accuracy of parts, fully meeting the requirements of complex machining tasks.
