(1) High precision signal isolation
Full dimensional isolation protection: The module constructs a reliable electrical isolation barrier (usually using optoelectronic or electromagnetic isolation technology) between the input and output terminals, completely blocking the electrical path between the control system and external devices. This isolation not only effectively resists noise interference from industrial sites (such as electromagnetic noise generated by motor operation, frequency converter radiation interference), voltage spikes (such as instantaneous high voltage generated by equipment start stop), but also prevents external circuit faults (such as sensor short circuits, actuator overload) from spreading to PiC controllers and other core modules, reducing the scope of fault impact and significantly improving the system's anti-interference ability and operational safety.
Linear transmission without distortion: high-precision signal conditioning and amplification circuits are used to ensure that analog signals strictly maintain linear characteristics during isolated transmission. For example, for a 4-20mA current signal, when inputting 4mA, the output accurately corresponds to 4mA, and when inputting 20mA, the output synchronously follows 20mA. The nonlinear error can be controlled within 0.1%; For 0-10V voltage signals, it can effectively compensate for signal attenuation during transmission and avoid accuracy deviation caused by line losses. This linear transmission capability is crucial for scenarios that rely on high-precision analog signals, such as precision temperature control and micrometer level displacement feedback, directly ensuring the control accuracy of the control system.
