AMAT 0190-51510 is a dedicated main control unit for Kawasaki robotic arms, which is a specialized semiconductor wafer transfer chamber equipment. It is the core central component of wafer handling robotic arms.
1. Specially designed for 300mm wafer processing, controlling the entire process of mechanical arm picking and placing wafers in the vacuum chamber
2. Equipped with exclusive motion algorithm, micrometer level repetitive positioning, avoiding wafer collision and edge damage
3. The board is fully coated with three anti coatings, suitable for temperature controlled and low dust sealed working conditions in dust-free workshops
4. Integrate multiple safety interlocks for vacuum pressure and chamber doors, and immediately lock the action of the robotic arm in case of abnormalities
5. Equipped with a power-off trajectory storage chip, accidental shutdown and restart do not require recalibration of the origin point
6. Built in dedicated communication protocol, directly connected to AMAT host process system, synchronized interactive cavity process parameters
