KSD1-32 00-122-286 is a 32-bit high-power servo drive module dedicated to KUKA KRC2 control system, designed to provide power control for heavy-duty robot axes and external axes. It belongs to the KSD1 series BG1 compact specification and has been discontinued by the factory. It is a core spare part of existing KRC2 equipment.

System exclusive binding: Only compatible with KRC2 control cabinet, real-time communication with controller through DSE-IBS (Interbus) bus, not compatible with KRC4/KRC5 system.

Encoder compatibility: Supports encoder feedback such as rotary transformers and EnDat, and is compatible with high-power servo motors in the 1FK7 and 1FT6 series of KUKA.

Independent brake control: Built in motor brake control interface, supports power-off safety brake, suitable for safe shutdown of large load shafts.

Visualization of status diagnosis: The panel LED indicator light displays the running/fault/communication status, and cooperates with the KRC2 system to read detailed fault codes.
