502-03842-02 is the core input/output module of the Giddings&Lewis PiC900 series, serving as a "signal relay station" for industrial automation systems. It collects real-time signals from sensors, switches, and other devices (such as temperature, position, and equipment start/stop status) while transmitting control instructions from the CPU or PLC to actuators (such as motors and valves). It is a key link in achieving system data exchange and precise control of equipment, and can work together with CPUs, PLCs, servo control boards, etc. to build a complete automation system.

Multi channel I/O support, adapted to complex requirements: providing multiple digital (such as switch signals, device status) and analog (such as continuous signals from temperature and pressure sensors) input/output channels. For example, in large-scale automated production lines, 10+sensor signals can be collected simultaneously, and 8+actuators can be synchronously controlled without the need for additional modules to meet the requirements of complex industrial systems for multiple signal interfaces, simplifying system wiring and architecture.
