TEKTRONIX VX4240 is a VXI bus based 12 bit 10MS/s waveform analyzer/digitizer module launched by Tektronix. It is designed for high-precision signal acquisition and analysis, with high integration and comprehensive functions.

Using a 12 bit A/D converter, with a maximum sampling rate of 10MS/s and a bandwidth of 5MHz, it accurately restores DC to high-frequency signals.

Built in INMOS T800 floating-point transputer processor, supporting real-time signal processing on the board.

Standard 256K word sampling memory, optional 512K word (01 option) or 1M word (02 option) expansion.

Supports differential/single ended input, AC/DC/ground coupling, 50 Ω input impedance, adaptable to multiple signal types.

Unique "virtual range" circuit, supporting 8 calibration ranges and custom ranges, flexibly adapting to different voltage signals.
