1.产 品 资 料 介 绍:

一、高集成互联架构:构建控制器模块协同中枢
作为半导体设备控制器的 “硬件骨架”,0100-02492 控制器背板以多模块兼容、高带宽互联为核心,为控制器内部 CPU 模块、IO 模块、通信模块等提供统一的物理支撑与数据交互通道,保障各模块协同运行:
  1. 多类型模块插槽适配
集成 8-12 个标准化插槽(具体依配置而定),兼容 AMAT 控制器全系列功能模块:
  • 核心计算插槽:2 个高性能 CPU 模块插槽(支持 AMAT 专用多核处理器模块),采用 PCIe 4.0 x16 总线接口,单插槽带宽≥32GB/s,满足控制器对工艺数据高速运算与实时控制的需求;
  • IO 扩展插槽:4-6 个 IO 模块插槽(支持数字量 IO、模拟量 IO 模块),采用 PCIe 3.0 x4 总线,单插槽支持 64 路数字量输入 / 输出或 32 路模拟量输入 / 输出,可对接传感器、执行器等外围设备,实现工艺参数采集与控制指令下发;
  • 通信扩展插槽:2-4 个通信模块插槽(支持以太网、CANopen、Profinet 模块),采用 PCIe 3.0 x2 总线,支持千兆以太网、工业总线等多协议通信,可连接工厂 MES 系统、远程运维平台,实现设备数据交互与远程管控;
所有插槽均具备防呆设计(异形接口 + 极性定位),避免模块误插导致的硬件损坏,插槽接触点采用镀金处理(金层厚度≥3μm),降低接触电阻(≤50mΩ),提升信号传输稳定性与插槽使用寿命(插拔次数≥1000 次)。
  1. 统一供电与电源分配
集成多通道独立供电电路,支持 12V DC、5V DC、3.3V DC 三种电压输出,总供电功率≥300W:
  • 12V DC 通道(单通道电流≥20A):为 CPU 模块、通信模块等大功率模块供电;
  • 5V DC 通道(单通道电流≥15A):为 IO 模块、传感器接口模块供电;
  • 3.3V DC 通道(单通道电流≥10A):为低功耗芯片、信号处理电路供电;
各供电通道均配备独立的过流保护(过流阈值 1.2 倍额定电流)、过压保护(过压阈值 1.1 倍额定电压)与电压滤波电路,供电精度达 ±0.5%,确保各模块获得稳定、洁净的电源,避免因供电波动导致的模块死机或数据丢失。

As the "hardware backbone" of semiconductor device controllers, the 0100-02492 controller backplane is based on multi module compatibility and high bandwidth interconnection, providing unified physical support and data exchange channels for internal CPU modules, IO modules, communication modules, etc., ensuring the coordinated operation of each module

Multi type module slot adaptation

Integrate 8-12 standardized slots (depending on configuration), compatible with the full range of AMAT controller functional modules:

Core computing slots: 2 high-performance CPU module slots (supporting AMAT dedicated multi-core processor modules), using PCIe 4.0 x16 bus interface, single slot bandwidth ≥ 32GB/s, meeting the controller's requirements for high-speed operation and real-time control of process data;

IO expansion slots: 4-6 IO module slots (supporting digital IO and analog IO modules), using PCIe 3.0 x4 bus, single slot supports 64 digital input/output or 32 analog input/output, can dock with peripheral devices such as sensors and actuators, realize process parameter acquisition and control instruction issuance;

Communication expansion slots: 2-4 communication module slots (supporting Ethernet, CANopen, Profinet modules), using PCIe 3.0 x2 bus, supporting multi protocol communication such as Gigabit Ethernet and industrial bus, can connect to factory MES system, remote operation and maintenance platform, realize equipment data exchange and remote control;

All slots are equipped with foolproof design (irregular interface+polarity positioning) to avoid hardware damage caused by module misplacement. The contact points of the slots are gold-plated (gold layer thickness ≥ 3 μ m) to reduce contact resistance (≤ 50m Ω), improve signal transmission stability and slot service life (insertion and removal times ≥ 1000 times).

Unified power supply and power distribution

Integrated multi-channel independent power supply circuit, supporting three voltage outputs of 12V DC, 5V DC, and 3.3V DC, with a total power supply of ≥ 300W:

12V DC channel (single channel current ≥ 20A): supplies power to high-power modules such as CPU modules and communication modules;

5V DC channel (single channel current ≥ 15A): supplies power to IO modules and sensor interface modules;

3.3V DC channel (single channel current ≥ 10A): provides power for low-power chips and signal processing circuits;

Each power supply channel is equipped with independent overcurrent protection (overcurrent threshold 1.2 times rated current), overvoltage protection (overvoltage threshold 1.1 times rated voltage), and voltage filtering circuit, with a power supply accuracy of ± 0.5%, ensuring stable and clean power supply for each module and avoiding module crashes or data loss caused by power supply fluctuations.
