KJ2231X1-BC1 is an auxiliary relay diode module of Emerson DeltaV SIS safety instrumented system, belonging to the S series safety I/O matching terminal/protection module, used for continuous current protection, reverse voltage suppression and signal isolation of DO output circuit, ensuring reliable operation of safety interlock circuit.

2、 Core functions

Built in freewheeling diode array provides a reverse electromotive force discharge path for relay/solenoid valve coils, preventing high-voltage spikes generated during shutdown from damaging DO cards and on-site equipment

Implement signal polarity protection, block reverse voltage intrusion into the control system, and improve circuit anti-interference and reliability
