Its core function is to accurately convert the logic signals (such as high and low level commands, switch control signals) issued by the PiC controller into electrical signals (such as DC voltage and current) that can drive DC loads through internal circuits, and ultimately drive DC actuators such as relays, solenoid valves, indicator lights, etc. to achieve precise control of industrial equipment mechanical actions by the control system.

(1) Multi channel DC output
Multi channel parallel control: The module design has multiple independent DC output channels (the specific number of channels is configured according to the model, commonly 8, 16, etc.), supporting independent control of multiple DC loads simultaneously. For example, in an automated production line, 4 conveyor belt DC motors, 2 sorting cylinder solenoid valves, and 3 status indicator lights can be driven simultaneously without the need for time-sharing processing, greatly improving load driving efficiency and meeting the complex control requirements of multi device synchronization and collaboration, avoiding system architecture complexity caused by insufficient channels.
Channel isolation and anti-interference: Strict electrical isolation design (such as photoelectric isolation and relay isolation) is adopted between each output channel to completely cut off the electrical connection between channels. This design can effectively reduce signal interference between different channel loads - for example, to avoid voltage fluctuations caused by the operation of high-power solenoid valves that affect the stable display of indicator lights; At the same time, it can prevent a fault in one channel (such as a load short circuit) from spreading to other channels, control the impact range of the fault within a single channel, and significantly improve the system's fault tolerance and operational reliability.
(2) High reliability and protection function
Double fault protection: Built in overcurrent protection and short-circuit protection circuits provide dual safety protection for modules and loads. When an external DC load experiences overcurrent (such as motor stalling causing current to exceed the rated value) or a short circuit occurs in the circuit, the protection mechanism will quickly trigger - by cutting off the output power of the faulty channel or limiting the current output, it prevents excessive current from damaging the internal power components of the module and external loads (such as expensive solenoid valves and precision relays). For example, when the indicator light circuit accidentally short circuits, the module can cut off the output of the channel within milliseconds to avoid the short-circuit current burning out the module. After the fault is eliminated, the module can automatically resume normal operation without manual maintenance.
