As the "signal enhancement core" of semiconductor equipment, the ADS-432-303 amplifier PCB card is designed with low noise and high gain accuracy as its core, specifically for processing weak signals (such as mV level temperature and pressure signals) output by sensors in the equipment, ensuring that the signals are not distorted during transmission and control, and providing reliable data support for precise process control
Wide range gain adjustment and high-precision control
It supports the adjustable gain range of 1-1000 times, adopts programmable gain amplifier (PGA) chip (presumed to be TI PGA280 or ADI AD8253), the gain adjustment accuracy is ± 0.1%, and can flexibly match the gain parameters according to different sensor signal strengths (such as 1mV-1V) - for example, for the 10mV temperature signal output from the thermocouple, it is amplified to 1V standard signal through 100 times gain, and then transmitted to the controller; At the same time, it has a gain temperature coefficient of ≤± 5ppm/℃, and a gain drift of ≤ 0.05% within the working temperature range of -40 ℃~85 ℃, ensuring long-term stability of signal amplification accuracy and avoiding process parameter deviations caused by temperature changes.
Ultra low noise and high signal-to-noise ratio design
Using low-noise operational amplifiers (such as ADI AD797, input noise voltage ≤ 1.2nV/√ Hz) and low-noise resistor capacitor components, the overall equivalent input noise voltage is ≤ 5nV/√ Hz (1kHz frequency band), and the noise current is ≤ 1pA/√ Hz, which can effectively suppress the interference of the circuit's own noise on weak signals; Signal to Noise Ratio (SNR) ≥ 80dB, even for weak signals below 1mV, the amplified signal can still maintain a clear waveform without obvious noise superposition, ensuring that the sensor data acquisition error is ≤ ± 0.2% F.S., meeting the strict requirements of semiconductor etching, deposition and other processes for signal accuracy.
Multi channel independent amplification and isolation
Integrate 4 independent signal amplification channels, each equipped with an independent PGA chip and filtering circuit. The isolation between channels is ≥ 60dB, and the crosstalk suppression ratio is ≥ 80dB. It can simultaneously process different types of sensor signals (such as temperature, pressure, and flow signals), avoiding signal cross-over interference between channels - for example, when amplifying thermocouple temperature signals in channel 1 and pressure sensor signals in channel 2, they do not affect each other; Each channel supports single ended/differential input switching. In differential input mode, the common mode rejection ratio (CMRR) is ≥ 100dB, which can further suppress common mode noise (such as equipment grounding noise) and improve signal anti-interference ability.
