AMAT 0190-02748 is a Flex Scanner hardness scanner conversion module designed by Applied Materials. It is used for signal adaptation and data transmission between the hardness detection system and the upper computer in wafer manufacturing equipment. It is compatible with RS-485/RS-422 and Ethernet interfaces, and can process up to 8 channels of hardness sensor data simultaneously. It supports multi-point topology, transmission rate of 9.6 kbps~115.2 kbps, protection level IP20, and is suitable for automated hardness testing modules on platforms such as Endura and Centura.
